Agreement
By using FirstPass (the web app, website, and API), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
FirstPass helps you verify email addresses in bulk using smart pre-filtering, shared verification cache, and domain format intelligence. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws when verifying email addresses (including anti-spam and data protection regulations).
Accounts and trials
- One trial per email address unless we approve otherwise.
- You must keep your login credentials secure.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Subscriptions renew according to your chosen plan until canceled. Refunds are handled per Paddle's policies and our support discretion. Team plans include up to four seats unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable use
You may not use FirstPass to:
- Send unsolicited email or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our API
- Share accounts beyond your plan's device and seat limits
- Upload or verify data you do not have lawful basis to process
Shared cache
Verification results you contribute may be stored as hashed identifiers in a shared cache for up to 60 days to benefit all users. By using the service you consent to this shared cache model.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or 100% verification accuracy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
